The Cowper’s glands (also known as bulbourethral glands)

The Cowper’s glands (also known as bulbourethral glands) do not produce testosterone.

They secrete a clear, mucus-like fluid that helps to lubricate the urethra and neutralize traces of acidic urine before ejaculation.

Testosterone is primarily produced in the testes in males.
